| Provision 2 | Provisions 1,2,3 are school meal claiming options that high need schools can use to feed all children for free. |
| Direct Certification | A provision of the National School Lunch Act that allows school districts to automatically qualify children receiving benefits under TANFor CalWORKs, Food Stamp Program (FSP), or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR) for free and reduced price meals without requiring individual applications |
