CFPA's Child Nutrition Reauthorization Recommendations.

Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) A highly effective program for seeing that pregnant women and their babies have access to the nutritious food and prenatal care they need 
National School Lunch Program Ensures the Nation's children have a nutritious meal to keep them learning through the school day
School Breakfast Program (SBP) Similar to the School Lunch Program, School Breakfast starts the school day on the right track by making sure learning is not  impaired by hunger
Summer Lunch Program Since hunger doesn't go on vacation,  The Summer Lunch Program makes sure needy children don't fall through the cracks during summer
Child and Adult Care Food Program (CCFP) Provides children and functionally impaired adults in day care or after school programs with healthy meals
After School Snack Program Helps after school programs provide children a nutritional boost and draw them into activities that are safe, fun, and filled with learning opportunities
Homeless Children's Nutrition Program Emergency shelters which serve homeless children and their families can participate in this program as a facet of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). 
Provision 2 Provisions 1,2,3 are school meal claiming options that high need schools can use to feed all children for free. 
Direct Certification A provision of the National School Lunch Act that allows school districts to automatically qualify children receiving benefits under TANFor CalWORKs, Food Stamp Program (FSP), or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR) for free and reduced price meals without requiring individual applications
